Unknown practice is essential to good contest performance. Below find a few sequences we've put together to practice. Check back often, we'll be adding more sequences soon!
Another good practice:  at a contest, gather other competitor's Freestyle sequences, take those home and use as Unknowns. These may tend to be a little more difficult than what you might see in a contest as an actual Unknown, but it will get you accustomed to thinking about sequences and how to approach them. The only way to ensure there are NO surprises in your next Unknown is to systematically go through the list of allowable Unknown figures, found on http://acro.harvard.edu/IAC/unknown_figures.html, and fly each figure for your category.
